Dear Colleagues,
It’s with much pride that we invite all community colleagues of electrical machines and systems to the ICEMS 2021 (the 24th International Conference on Electrical Machines and Systems) in Gyeongju, Korea on October 31 - November 3, 2021.
ICEMS has been continued as the annual international conference since 1987, jointly organized by the KIEE EMECS (KIEE Electrical Machinery and Energy Conversion Systems Society), CES (China Electrotechnical Society) and IEEJ IAS (IEEJ Industry Applications Society). We heartedly appreciate all of your participation and contributions to this international, scientific, and multidisciplinary community, with friendly and warm atmospheres. Hosting ICEMS 2021 is expected to boost a synergetic interest in one place by exchanging recent advances and ideas from different fields of technologies in electrical machines and systems, in-depth discussions of latest results in order to create new ideas, strengthening activities in the research, and dissemination of all these fruitful outcomes. So we strongly anticipate that this meeting will be beneficial to understand both the current state-of-the-art technologies and challenges.
Gyeongju, the venue city of ICEMS 2021, served as the capital of the ancient kingdom – Silla – for 1,000 years in Korean 5,000-year history. It is a UNESCO world heritage city. It is an “open-ceiling museum” with its many historical sites rich in cultural artifacts. ICEMS 2021 will be held in this gorgeous place, where culture and technology co-exist today. We hope you enjoy your stay in Gyeongju that will inspire you in various ways.
