| Steps for Digest Submission |

| Digest Submission Guideline |
| 1. |
One page digest (MS Word / PDF only) should be submitted online through the ICEMS 2021 website by May 31, 2021. Authors may further edit and modify submitted digests until the submission deadline. |
| 2. |
One Page Digest Template is provided for the preparation of your digest. |
| 3. |
Digest must not have been published or submitted for presentation to any national and/or international meeting before ICEMS 2021. |
| 4. |
Authors are required to indicate their presentation preference between oral and poster by checking the appropriate box on the submission web page. The Technical Program Committee, however, reserves the right to make the final decision. |
| 5. |
Acknowledgment of your submission will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the main author. Please make sure that you receive an e-mail confirmation after making your submission. |
| 6. |
Digest acceptance will be informed by June 30, 2021. |

| Requirement of Paper Submission |
| 1. |
In principle, at least one of the authors must make a registration by August 31, 2021 in order for their papers to be included in the program and e-Proceedings of ICEMS 2021. |
| 2. |
In order to submit the full paper, you first must make an advanced registration by August 31, 2021. |
| 3. |
One regular registration is eligible to present maximum two papers with extra fee of USD 250 for the second paper.
One student registration is eligible to present one paper. |

| Notification of Acceptance |
All submitted digests will be reviewed by the Program Committee according to reviewing procedures.
Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to corresponding, presenting and digest submitting authors by June 30, 2021. If you have not received the notification, please send the email to the secretariat (secretary@icems2021.com) with your digest information. |

| Withdrawal of a Digest |
If the presenting author of an accepted digest does not register by August 31, 2021 the digest will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
If you must withdraw an digest, please notify the secretariat (secretary@icems2021.com) in writing as soon as possible. |
